Your login and password, as well as other infos on our server and services, are automaticaly sent to the email address you gave when you proceeded with payment. Please verify that you received a confirmation,   that your email adress is correct or that your firewall didn't stop our mail.

1 slot = 1 connection to our server. For example with 3 slots on 10mb ADSL, you can go up to an average of 700 to 1000 ko/s. With only 1 slot on a same 10mb ADSL line, you would get an average of 100 to 300 ko/s.

There is no commitment, you fill your account for a month. At the end of the month, the account is automaticaly canceled.

It can be due to a lack of capacity of your network or a congestion of the traffic between you and our servers. It could also be due to a limit of your ISP provider.
Try to connect on a different port like 119, 120, 563 or 995 in SSL if your client allows it, if not change your client.
The numbers of slots you use also influences the download speed.
Keep in mind that a good quality ADSL line (between 5 and 8 Mo) will be put to good use with a 3 slots subscription.
